Frequently asked questions.
How much do you charge?
The cost largely depends upon the complexity and scale of the Graphic Design project that you require. However, just as a 'ballpark' estimate, 80% of brochures or websites that I design take between 30-45 hours and 90% of logos or Social Media graphics that I design take 5-7 hours, at a rate of £30 per hour.
Do you design websites too?
Yes. I'm not just a Graphic Designer. I'm a Graphic Designer that can write code — I have a thorough understanding of how websites are built (frontend and backend).
What's your payment terms?
For Graphic Design projects where the estimate is over £1000, I require an initial payment of 50% of the total fee before I can commence work on your project. The remaining balance is payable 10 days after completion of the project. For Graphic Design projects where the estimate is under £1000, the full balance is payable 10 days after completion. Please note, I only accept payment via direct bank transfer, I do not accept cash payment or cheques.
Will you sign a NDA?
Yes. Being a freelance Graphic Designer, I often get asked to sign a Non-Diclosure Agreement to maintain the confidentiality of any information that is given to me. However, if the duration clause in your NDA is longer than 2 years, I reserve the right to increase my hourly rate accordingly.
Where are you based?
I'm based in Rochester, Kent. However, I don't just work as a Graphic Designer for companies and Graphic Design Agencies in Kent, I regularly work either remotely or in-house for various clients across the whole South East region. I've never found distance to impede my service.
What if I don't like the design?
I'll work with you every step of the way to make sure that you're getting the look and feel that you require until you are 100% happy.
Can I see other work?

Do you do spec work?
No. Spec work takes just as much energy and creativity as designing for a paying customer. Therefore, I only work with customers who select me based on my portfolio, reputation and capabilities.
